KR series / family part numbers

What is the difference between ##KR-6S-P and ##KR-6H-P (replace ## with the number of circuits)? The difference is the color; the "S" indicates white and the "H" indicates gray. From, fit and function they are otherwise the same and share the same termination tooling.

What is the applicable tool for the contact or connector I have?

Tooling information can be found on our web site under Application Tooling (Application Tools & Specifications). Choose the application of your terminal or connector (Crimp Style Connectors [these are crimp and poke types], Insulation Displacement Connectors [IDC / IDT type connectors, or Solderless Terminal & Splices [such as ring or spade lugs] then enter the exact part number or choose the part number from the scroll lists provided.
